January 2026

January kicked off 2026 with momentum, gratitude, and meaningful milestones at Kinstruct Tiny Homes. We celebrated our two-year anniversary, welcomed new team members, stayed active in the community, and continued making strong progress on builds across New Hampshire. As we look ahead to the year to come, we’re also excited to share more directly from our founders—offering a closer look at the work, values, and vision guiding Kinstruct forward.

A Note from the Founders

This year, we’re excited to introduce a new addition to our newsletter—a note from us. We’re really looking forward to connecting with our community in this way and sharing more of what’s happening both on the front lines and behind the scenes at Kinstruct Tiny Homes.

First and foremost, welcome. We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you read our newsletter, send a reply, support us on social media, or tell your family and friends about Kinstruct, it truly means more to us than you know. Your support is the reason we get to do what we love.

Meet Us
Ever wondered why Kinstruct Tiny Homes exists? Many of you know our story, but for those who are new, we invite you to meet founders Jess and Mark in a short video below where they share the journey, the spark, and the purpose that led them to build Kinstruct from the ground up.

We just passed our two-year anniversary and can’t wait to see what year three has in store. With the passing of the new ADU bill in 2025 (yes—we actually have it hanging on our wall and still can’t believe it), business has been booming, and we’re incredibly grateful. It’s an exciting time for ADUs, and we feel lucky to be part of this moment. If you haven’t seen our 2026 catalog yet, be sure to check it out.

Looking ahead, we’re thrilled to share that we’ll soon be moving into a new office space in downtown Pembroke, NH. Many of you have asked where you can meet us, visit a showroom, see materials, or sign documents—and soon, you’ll be able to do just that. Keep an eye on social media and future newsletters for details and a grand opening invitation.

We’re also looking ahead to the New Hampshire Home Builders Association Cornerstone Awards. Last year, we were honored to win 2024 ADU of the Year, and we’re aiming for two years in a row. Being part of this organization has helped us grow, innovate, and ultimately serve our clients better. At the heart of it all, we’re proud that our ADUs are being recognized as practical, functional, accessible, and built with real multigenerational families in mind.

Thank you for being part of our journey—and cheers to 2026.
— Mark & Jess

Meet Our Team

The Kinstruct family continues to grow! This month, we welcomed Pat, our newest team member. Pat brings a strong leadership background in technical operations and will be spearheading our pre-construction process. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps, and his attention to detail, discipline, and mission-focused planning make him an excellent addition to our team.

To learn more about Pat and the rest of the Kinstruct team, visit the About Us page on our website.

Builds, Behind the Scenes

Under Construction

Pembroke: Framing is complete, and we’re moving full steam ahead with interior construction, plumbing, and electrical work on this custom attached garage with ADU above.

Pelham: Cold winter weather hasn’t slowed us down—framing is wrapping up on this detached ADU with an attached garage.

Concord: Jane is officially moved in. She’s now living just steps from her daughter and family, on the same property where she raised them. From watching birds in her living room to preparing for spring gardening, Jane’s story is exactly why we do what we do. Thank you, Jane, for trusting us with your forever home—and thank you to the Concord Monitor for sharing her journey.
