Kinstruct Tiny Homes was born out of our own family’s need for more space. Mark’s mom, in her 70s, lives with us, and as our kids grew older, space became tight. With New Hampshire's median home prices over $500,000 and assisted living costs through the roof, we needed a long-term solution that would provide both independence and comfort for everyone. That’s when we discovered ADUs—and realized it was the perfect solution for families like ours. With Mark’s background in commercial construction and Dylan’s experience in commercial roofing, Kinstruct came together as a family-owned, family-centric business. "Kin" represents family, and we’re here to help other families create practical, affordable housing solutions with ADUs.
