Building Through the Cold and Into What’s Next
The start of 2026 has been anything but quiet for Kinstruct Tiny Homes. Even through the coldest weeks of winter, the team has been hard at work framing homes, completing builds, and preparing for a busy spring ahead.
From award recognition to new partnerships and ongoing construction projects, this season has been full of progress and momentum. As always, the focus remains on helping families create flexible, thoughtful living spaces that truly fit their needs.
A Note from the Founder
Hey Kinstruct fam,
I hope 2026 is off to a great start for you, and congratulations on making it through January.
This past month has been full and rewarding for our team. We have been framing homes in record-setting low temperatures, celebrating Certificates of Occupancy on two beautiful builds, and receiving our second Cornerstone Award. At the same time, we have been finalizing plans and getting ready to break ground on several spring projects.
We have also welcomed several new subcontractors who are already making a strong impact with their craftsmanship and attention to quality. In addition, we are diving into an exciting real estate training program that we are looking forward to sharing more about.
We were grateful to connect with so many of you through our recent virtual events as well. If you missed them, be sure to check out our social channels for highlights and upcoming opportunities.
As always, thank you for being part of this community. We are excited for what is ahead.
Warmly,
Jess

Meet the Team>>>
In the Community
Kinstruct continues to stay active across the New Hampshire real estate and building community.
The team’s real estate professional training program is now in full swing, helping agents better understand the value and potential of ADUs for their clients.
This winter also brought another major milestone. After winning ADU of the Year in 2024, Kinstruct was honored again with the 2025 Cornerstone Award for Small Home Design. This recognition reflects both innovation and a commitment to quality.
Upcoming Events
Kinstruct is continuing its live Facebook series focused on frequently asked questions about ADUs. These sessions have already proven to be interactive and valuable for homeowners looking to explore their options.
Looking ahead, the team will also be attending the New Hampshire Home Show in Manchester. This is one of the biggest events of the year, drawing thousands of attendees and offering a chance to connect directly with homeowners and industry professionals.
Builds in Progress
Pembroke
This ADU is nearing completion, with final touches coming together as the project prepares for its next phase.
Pelham
Despite the winter weather, progress continues. Framing is wrapping up on this detached ADU with an attached garage, and the structure is coming together nicely.
Concord
After completing one project, the team moved just up the road to begin another. This attached ADU includes a kitchen remodel in the main home, creating more space for family connection and everyday living.
A New Home for Kinstruct
Kinstruct Tiny Homes is moving into its office space at 3 Glass Street in Pembroke.
For now, operations are running from the upstairs space, with plans to transition into a new lower level office soon. The team is also planning an open house later in 2026 and will share updates as things progress.
Real Estate Professionals
Kinstruct is offering free ADU training for real estate professionals across New Hampshire.
This program provides practical, easy-to-understand insights into the evolving ADU landscape. It helps agents better serve their clients while positioning themselves as knowledgeable resources in a competitive market.
Participants also gain access to a referral program, creating additional opportunities for collaboration.
