We recently wrapped up a gorgeous “above the garage” renovation in Portsmouth, NH. This bright and functional space includes a wet bar, custom closets and shelving, and a salvaged sliding door from a local shop. With views overlooking the Portsmouth Navy Yard, it’s now a one-of-a-kind home office just in time for summer!
Things are moving right along in Deerfield, where we’re building a detached 1,000 sq ft, 2-bedroom ADU. The drywall has been hung, the paint has been mixed, and the cabinets are on-site awaiting installation!

We’re thrilled to welcome John and Linda to the Kinstruct Tiny Homes family! They’re kicking off a custom build that includes a spacious 1,000+ sq ft two-car garage with a 2-bedroom ADU above - perfect for staying close to their kids and grandkids. They’ve already met with our architect and are in the exciting stage of finalizing design details. We’re looking forward to bringing their vision to life!
