Winter weather hasn’t slowed us down. Early December brought multiple newly permitted projects that will remain active through the winter, keeping our crews busy and projects moving forward.
Now is an ideal time to begin planning your ADU for 2026. Early planning allows you to explore design options, understand costs, and move through the permitting process without pressure. Starting now means you’ll be well-positioned to move forward confidently when spring arrives—and turn your ADU vision into reality.

December kept our team out and about across New Hampshire:
December 7: We spent the afternoon at Christmas in the Village in downtown Pembroke, hosted by the Pembroke Women’s Club. We’re already looking forward to next year—the Grinch certainly had a lot of fun!
December 10: Our team spoke with a great group of real estate agents in Manchester, NH at an event sponsored by eXp Realty, sharing insights on ADUs in New Hampshire. A big thank-you to Dan and Drew Childs for hosting and inviting us to help educate local agents.
Upcoming Dates & Events:
December 24–25, 2025: Kinstruct Tiny Homes will be closed for the holidays
January 1, 2026: Closed for New Year’s Day
January 15, 2026: We’ll be attending the Affiliate Blizzard Bash hosted by GMNBR—looking forward to connecting with industry partners and exploring new w

Builds, Behind the Scenes
Under Construction
Pembroke: Framing wrapped up just in time for winter. We’re excited to see this custom attached garage with ADU above continue taking shape over the colder months.
Pelham: Snow on the ground didn’t stop us—we officially broke ground on a new detached ADU complete with its own garage.
Concord: For everyone following Jane’s journey, we’re hoping to deliver the most meaningful Christmas gift yet. Don’t forget to visit our website to see her story featured in The Concord Monitor as the first detached ADU permitted in Concord under the new law. 👏
