Kinstruct Tiny Homes March 2026 Update

Big Momentum, Small Homes

March has been a busy and exciting month for Kinstruct Tiny Homes. From community engagement to new partnerships and project milestones, the momentum continues to build in all the right ways.

We are grateful for the continued support from homeowners, partners, and communities across New Hampshire. Here is a closer look at what has been happening.

A Note from the Founders

Happy March, Tiny Homes Fam.

This past month has been a whirlwind. We were featured twice on WMUR, welcomed three new families, attended the New Hampshire Home Show, onboarded new partners, and trained more real estate professionals. It has been a full schedule, and we are loving every minute of it.

One of the biggest highlights came from across the state on March 10th. Many towns passed updated ADU zoning regulations in alignment with HB577. This is a meaningful step forward for homeowners looking to build smarter and more flexibly. If you have questions about your town’s rules, we are always here to help.

We also had an incredible experience at the New Hampshire Homebuilders Annual Home Show, where more than 4,000 homeowners attended. We had the chance to demonstrate our software, have meaningful conversations about multigenerational living, and connect with so many of you face to face.

And one more big development. We are officially searching for land to build a small home community. This is something many of you have asked for, and we are ready to explore it. If you know of land that might be a fit, we would love to hear from you.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

Owners, Kinstruct Tiny Homes

Small Business, Big Opportunity

We are proud to share that our owner, Jess, has been accepted into the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.

This is a highly competitive program, and acceptance reflects strong fundamentals, real growth potential, and a clear vision for the future. Over the coming months, Jess will be immersed in advanced training focused on financial management, operations, negotiation, and business strategy.

For our clients, this means even stronger project management, clearer contracts, smarter pricing, and a more refined overall experience. At the same time, we remain committed to the personal, local approach that defines who we are.

This program requires a serious level of commitment, which mirrors the dedication we bring to every project.

In The Community

March 14 and 15 brought us to the New Hampshire Home Show, which was a huge success. It gave homeowners the chance to explore what is possible and start turning ideas into real plans. If you stopped by, thank you.

On March 19, we were invited to speak at the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors first annual meeting. We had the opportunity to train agents and share insights alongside NHAR President Josh Greenway. It was a great event, and yes, the breakfast was excellent.

Upcoming Event

On March 26, we are hosting the Beyond The Front Door webinar.

If you live up north or are considering buying land, this is a great opportunity to get answers to your ADU and tiny home questions. Jess will be joined by the North Country Council for a live session. Registration is free.

In The News

March was a big month for media coverage.

Our team was interviewed during the home show, and we also had the chance to showcase a very personal project. You can find both segments on our YouTube channel.

New Partnership

We are excited to introduce Kristen, a local occupational therapist who specializes in aging in place.

Many of the families we work with are planning for long term living. Kristen now joins our pre construction process, meeting with clients to understand their goals, lifestyle, and future needs. This helps ensure each home is designed for safety, function, and adaptability over time.

It is one more way we make sure every client feels like family.

Builds and Progress
Under Construction

In Pembroke, we are nearing completion of a garage with an ADU above. The kitchen is installed, final paint touchups are underway, and we are waiting for the ground to thaw so we can complete the driveway.

In Concord, an attached ADU project with a kitchen remodel is progressing well. Cabinets have been delivered and installed.

Recently Completed

A two bedroom custom ADU behind a garage was recently completed in Dover. This project highlights how flexible and personalized each Kinstruct build can be.

Land Needed

We are actively searching for land to support a future tiny home community.

There is strong demand across New Hampshire for smaller, more affordable housing. Young families are looking for starter homes, and retirees are looking to downsize. The challenge is that inventory is limited.

If your town has adopted cluster development or cottage home regulations, we want to hear from you. If you know of land that may be available, or if your family owns land that could be subdivided, we would love to connect.

New Location

Kinstruct Tiny Homes now has a new home at 3 Glass Street in Pembroke, New Hampshire.

Soon, we will be opening a lower level space where visitors can tour a full kitchen from one of our models, explore flooring options, and attend educational classes. We will share more details and open house plans later this year.

Real Estate Professionals

We have already trained more than 200 real estate agents this year, and we are continuing to expand that effort.

Our free training provides practical knowledge about New Hampshire’s evolving ADU landscape. We also offer a referral program for agents who complete the training.

If you want to stand out in a competitive market and better serve your clients, this is a great opportunity.
